Staxxer has its roots in the world of e-commerce. By running Spy-Fy, the founders Peter and Ties came into contact with complex European VAT regulations. Which, due to the international nature of their business, can’t be avoided.

These VAT compliancy demands take up a lot of time. Time you’d rather use to build your business. That is why they decided to develop a VAT solution themselves, especially made for the online seller with a focus on service.

Marketphase and Staxxer

Combining service and software to relieve the online seller of VAT obligations. That’s what Staxxer is all abou. So when Marketphase and Staxxer ran into each other, it quickly became clear that both sides would be stronger together. And so it happened. The parties have now merged under the name Staxxer and Staxcloud was born. New features are being fully developed to enable accurate VAT returns and registrations.
